A. AWE goes to great lengths to find the best vehicle available within every customers budget and then HPI check the vehicle, to verify correct mileage, any accident damage, finance outstanding as well as undertake a 100 point workshop check and full service before the vehicle is shipped.
Q How do I pay for the vehicle?
A. By simply completing a Telegraphic Transfer direct to our bank or by using a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card.
Q.What age of vehicle can I import?
A. This varies from country to country but up to 7 years of age is the oldest that can be imported into some countries and other countries may charge a higher import tax the newer the vehicle.

Also AWE is unique in that as well as fully servicing every vehicle before shipping it provides a full servicing kit with every vehicle so that the next service will be trouble free in terms of sourcing and paying for parts.
Q. Does AWE only export cars?
A. No. Apart from 4 x 4 and luxury saloons Awe can source lorries, trucks and vans as well as plant and machinery.
Q. How does AWE charge for their services?
A. AWE charge a simple straightforward flat fee for each vehicle with no hidden extra charges.
Q. How does the process work?
A. Once the customer has agreed a particular vehicle and price, AWE having sent detailed specifications and pictures in response to an initial enquiry, AWE emails a pro forma invoice and the customer sends the agreed CIF total by Telegraphic Transfer (TT). On receipt AWE will secure the vehicle on behalf of the customer and arrange for delivery to AWE’s workshops in West Sussex. Having checked, serviced and customised the vehicle, if required, AWE completes all the necessary paperwork and Jevic cerification and delivers the vehicle to the docks. Once the ship sails AWE send all of original copies of the vehicle V5 log book and Bills of Lading, handbooks, spare keys and MOT certificate by International courier direct to the new owner so that clearance can be arranged by the customer locally on arrival.
Q. Does AWE have local staff in country to help with the process?
A. Yes. AWE have Area Manager’s in Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia who are there to help with any local issues including shipping and forwarding once the vehicle arrives at the docks.
